Refund policy

Because these items are custom-made, please note that ALL SALES on CUSTOM DESIGN orders are FINAL! To ensure that your items are properly made- double check your measurements before submitting them.

We are not responsible for incorrect measurements and are unfortunately unable to honor an exchange or refund. Please be sure to follow our measurement guide and ask any and ALL questions before submitting.

QUADPAY/TABBY PAY- We will not begin production on any QUADPAY or TABBY PAY orders until the second payment has been cleared and received into our accounts. These orders will be processed like any other custom design order and require 4-6 weeks for completion and delivery. There are NO REFUNDS on QUADPAY/TABBY PAY orders.
