Because of the nature of customized orders- we currently do not offer RUSH/EXPEDITED shipping/delivery unless in extreme circumstances. Each item takes time and we want to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition and is a reflection of quality.
After your order has been placed, you will have 24 HOURS to request for cancellation for any reason. After 24 hours, we will proceed with your order. If we have started working on your order, unfortunately refunds will not be accepted under any condition.
We are not responsible for incorrect measurements submitted virtually and unfortunately will not be able to honor an exchange or refund. Please be sure to follow our measurement instructions and ask any questions before placing an order.
| FABRIC/COLOR REQUESTS |
When ordering a certain style- you have the option of selecting other colors for a design and we can discuss what color options you would prefer at no additional cost. For questions about color requests- email firstname.lastname@example.org with COLOR REQUEST in the subject line.

While we have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on our website, please note that colors you see highly depend on your monitor type, brand and settings. DeVeReaux cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the exact color of an item displayed. Please feel free to ask us any questions before placing your order.
Because these items are custom-made, please note that ALL SALES on CUSTOM DESIGN orders are FINAL! To ensure that your items are properly made- double check your measurements before submitting.

| SHIPPING |
Please note that due to COVID 19- items may have longer than usual lead times in regards to shipping meaning more than 6 weeks from production. During normal and ideal business circumstances, items take 4-6 weeks to complete and will ship as soon the items are complete. There will be instances where your item will be completed and may arrive sooner than anticipated.
We estimate that items will arrive within 7-10 days after shipping and all customers will receive the necessary information via email to track their packages. Please list a reliable email for updates on your order during check out.
All items reported as lost or stolen will be thoroughly investigated. Once an item is confirmed as delivered by our shipping service we are not longer responsible. We require signature upon delivery for each item delivered internationally and Devereaux incurs all additional fees in doing so to ensure that the item arrives to the correct client at the correct address.
Please ensure that you list the CORRECT ADDRESS when completing shipping information. We will not be responsible if customer inputs incorrect address information. We will pursue legal action against any customer that files a fraudulent request for a refund for lost or stolen items.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
DeVeReaux ships packages WORLDWIDE from Abu Dhabi, UAE. All orders are shipped via Aramex Courier Services in collaboration with UPS along with tracking & rates vary according to size and weight of the parcel. All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after completion, with weekends and holidays excluded.
Domestic orders can be hand delivered to your home in the areas of Dubai and Abu Dhabi UAE by request only. For special delivery- please email firstname.lastname@example.org with SPECIAL DELIVERY in the subject line.
| DUTIES & TAXES |
You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you as DeVeReaux has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from DeVeReaux you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

These payments are processed using STRIPE payments- a secure online payment system.
Additionally, we accept QUADPAY/ZIP (four way installment payments) and TABBY PAY (UAE customers only). Please note your custom items will not go into production until the second installment payment is received and will not ship until all four payments have been made in full.
All invoices for services and custom design MUST be paid within the time frame stated on the invoice.
All deposits for custom design work as well as styling services must be paid before work will begin and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
No personal checks or money orders accepted.
